Support Services
Bendigo Radiology provides support services to all of our referrers at no cost. We have established a Service Desk that is manned from 8:30AM to 5:00PM from Monday thru to Friday to ensure any requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
Additionally, we also offer “out of hours” on-call services in the case of an emergency. The Service Desk can help with a multitude of tasks including but not limited to:
PACS Account Creations
Requests for access to Images for non-referred patients
Emergency Access to patient imaging
Forgotten Usernames and Passwords
Electronic result delivery enquires
Troubleshooting PACS access
General I.T enquires
There are several methods of contacting the Service Desk depending on the urgency of your issue. Please choose one the options below.
