Meet Rachel Douglas

Clinical Nurse Manager

With more than 32 years of nursing experience, Rachel brings deep clinical knowledge and genuine compassion to her role. Before joining Bendigo Radiology five years ago, she worked as a medical practice nurse in the Macedon Ranges, building a strong foundation in patient care and clinical support.

Rachel began her journey with Bendigo Radiology as part of the nursing team and, in January this year, stepped into her role as Clinical Nurse Manager. She is passionate about ensuring every patient has a positive experience, delivering care with the same kindness and attention she would offer her own family.

Beyond work, Rachel enjoys time in her garden, experimenting in the kitchen, and keeping up with her energetic German Shepherd puppy.
