Meet Jo Marks

Operations Manager

Originally from Queensland, Jo rejoined Bendigo Radiology after four years working as a locum across the remote Northern Territory, the Cape, and Torres Strait. Jo’s background includes 18 years serving as a radiographer in the Australian Army, in Australia and on overseas deployments. She remains a passionate clinician but is equally driven as a manager and leader, harking back to her days as a military officer.  Jo’s strengths are managing a diverse collective, authenticity, strong communication, and devising creative solutions and strategies to galvanise a positive team culture by aligning people and systems.  Outside of work, Jo can be found in her garden or on the road, heading to remote destinations to explore with her dogs, Maggie and Reggie.
